Font selection toolbar not working

The default font seems to be putting letters on top of other letters, and when I try to change fonts, the font selection box is missing and there are no options to center text and B I U are also gone. There is some greyed out text that reads "camera raw defaults" where the font box should be.

I tried closing the program and reopening it, but it doesn't correct the problem. Any Ideas?

Hi Cooler -

Is your computer hooked up to a docking station? What screen resolution are you using. Usually that problem is cause by one of the issues I mentioned in my questions..You can also try resizing the window, closing BookMaker and reopening it again.
