First let me say that I really love the books I've created, but really think that some upgrades would enhance your customer experience and end product:

Text Boxes and Fonts
*Increase the number of fonts - they are really limited now
*Why limit font size? Let me determine how big (or little) I want certain text to be
*Why can't I bold (or italicize) JUST a word or two within a text box for emphasis?
*I would love to be able to add additional text boxes (for instance, on a page with captions under the picture, be able to add a text box for the word "January" or something)
*COLOR/GRAYSCALE text - this allows the product to be customized to create a certain look/feel/brand image for customers

Layouts
*Allow people to use layout templates AND/OR create their own, choosing photo and text boxes, placement, etc
*Allow the background to be faded to a greyscale pic/text and layer pics and captions on top
*Allow movement of text/photo boxes for overlap, rotation, etc
*Add photo frames, additional graphics (love the new backgrounds on the wedding and travel pages), shadow boxes, etc
*Why only 100 pages?? I would love the option of using mypublisher to create our family cookbook, for instance, but can't due to page limitations.

Preview Mode
*Allow customer to zoom in as much as desired (like you can in the "Make Book" mode). Sometimes the single zoom isn't enough to make out a particular detail/word, making it difficult to REALLY confirm you want it printed EXACTLY as it appears in preview.

Customer Service
*Allow people to check the status of their orders online, instead of waiting for a shipping confirm
*Up front communication about processing delays. On two separate orders, I've had to contact MP to inquire about the delay, only to be told that there is a delay and they're working to resolve it. I want to know that as soon as my book is delayed, not when it is already a week past due.
*love the discounts through costco and your VAL2550, as I wouldn't be creating as many books (and buying multiple copies as gifts) as I do without them.

Again, LOVE mypublisher, and think some additional features will attract new users, and a more professional product.

Thanks for listening!
