I am trying to upload my book which was going along nicely however crashed at 0% with a communication error 35 msg as the final upload was about to commence . I see from previous posts that there have been problems with your service today. Can you confirm if these issues are now resolved?
I am now trying for the second time however it is no longer reducing the total cost of my book by the 40% off. As I have not actually uploaded my book and confirmed the order how can I ensure I still receive the 40% discount and why is this not being made available to me now. I would hope that no transaction to take payment from my card is being processed until the full upload is confirmed??
As a final point - on several occasions upon going through the purchase process I am re-directed to an error page that lists lines of programme code just after shipping options page. This seems to be sporadic and does not happen all the time.
Thanks!

Hi Fee_m -
All the problems should have been resolved. Please ensure that you LOG OUT of the shopping cart first (you know if you are logged out because you will have to sign in again) and then everything should be all set.
Sincerely,
MyPublisher

Hi - I am going through the order process again after logging out as suggested however it is still not showing any discount using the FALL2040. As my initial upload failed and I now need to do it again I do not want to order without the discount being applied so I can be sure I definately have it as the order cost is pretty high without it.
Also sometimes the programme code that I explained earlier is still appearing after selecting the option for delivery. I can bypass this by clicking back a couple of times and retrying but thought you should be aware as it looks like a bug of some kind.
Can you advise in the coupon? I suspect this is due to the fact that I have already tried to process an order but as stated this failed.
Thanks Muchly!

Hi (again)
I have managed to sort out the coupon issue which appears to be working ok and applying the discount however unfortunately I am still receiving the error on upload - communications error 35. I am using a MAC with version 2.1 of the software - it appears to be processing the order without issue and also runs completely through the optimization of photos in prep for upload. Upload commences however remains at 0% and crashes out with the error after about 2 mins. The book is less than 70MB. My internet connection is working fine (obviously as I am able to run through the registration and ordering via your site), I have a robust internet connection with sufficient bandwidth capability for this kind of transfer (no problems connecting and uploading on other sites).
Suggestions - is this prehaps an ongoing issue with saturation of your site as a result of a high number of users??
Please advise.

I just tried to order a 47 page book. All 209 photos prepared for upload. But when the uploading was to begin, it stayed at 0 percent and never progressed. When will this be fixed? I was able to order another book this morning, but the technical problems seem to have returned tonight. My discount with Costco expires on Nov. 7th. Help.

Still the problem continues! ' A communication error occurred. Please try again later. (Code=35). What does this mean?? This is the second time I have tried to use your software and again it is unsucessful. Last time I gave up and ordered from elsewhere and though that now perhaps issues would be resolved. I am about to give up again from frustration. Please tell me if there is anything else I can do from this end. My internet connection is fine!

Hi fee_m -
Unfortauntely there is nothing you can do on your end. I really do apologize. The best thing to do is to try your upload during off-peak hours. Say, early in the morning.

I am trying to upload again however the coupon is no longer working. I can see from the site that you have stated you will honour the coupon due to so many issues uploading but this is not showing on the total price. Can you advise please

Hi Fee_m -
The coupon extension is over, therefore you must contact Customer Service and they will gladly credit you or give you a unique coupon to use for your case.
Sincerely,
