Communication Error Code 35

We are trying to create photobooks through Costco, whose special offer expires on Nov 7, hence the rush. I am a senior software lead and am aware of the potential problems here. Our OS meets your specifications, I just reinstalled your plugin minutes ago to make sure I had the latest fixes, but we still are having problems.

We click on "Buy Book", the book seemingly uploads to 100%, and then we get the error: "Trouble connecting. Trying again..." and then "Unable to upload book". We are trying to upload 85 Mb.
Finally we get the dialog "A communication error occurred. Please try again later. Error code: 35"
I have "tried again later" 3 times today.

We need a workaround to get our photobooks to you guys. Can we bring a CD/DVD to Costco and place our order there? We obviously need this quickly, due to the special offer deadline of Nov 7.

We are experincing technical problems at the moment. We hope to have them resolved by this afternoon.

If you still experience problems and the coupon is expiring we always honor the coupon past the expiration date to compensate.
