failure to load picture from file

I've been using MyPublisher for the last few months - creating some wedding albums for both of our parents. We are now trying to create ours and have run into a problem.

I had 95% of the pictures uploaded via the "organize" step, and we've created 95% of the album. We just got the last 3 pictures and I'm trying to add them to the list of optional pictures via "Step 2 - Organize". Whever I select and either drag and drop OR select the picture then hit the "+ Add Photo" button I get an error message.

The message says, in essence "Failed to load picture from file: [file location] reason: Failed to read JPEG file [MyPublisher file in Application Data folder]. internal error = 0[0x00000000] exception=0xC000000005

Are you trying to add these images into BookMaker for the first time. If os, make sure you are in Step 1 - Get Photos then click on the photos you would like to add and select Add Photos.
Also, it may be that the photos you are trying to add are not in the proper format. BookMaker only accepts flat (non-layered) JPEG images in the RGB color space. Please make sure your images meet this criteria.
