Yesterday, we uploaded a file (about 68mb) to process a book. We created an ID --this was confirmed by email from mypublisher.com. The login page would not allow us to log in but just kept re-offering the login window.
There appears to be no link on the mypublisher.com web site where a user can simply log in and process files already uploaded.
Am I missing something?
BTW we are using a Mac and have followed all of the mypublisher help desk suggestions such as using Safari as default browser, clearing caches, deleting cookies, etc.
A little help would be greatly appreciated.
