problem with uploading and confirming purchase

i need help!! i am trying to order 8 books and when i get to the uploading before the final step-purchase confirmation-the bookmaker shuts down and i am stuck-did it go through? i don't think so-i have tried 4 times -completely shutting down and starting up again and it does the same thing.
help-i want to get this done and ordered.

I have looked in the system and I see 2 different orders from you on 10/31. It looks like you uploaded successfully. One was for 8 books, and one was for 1 book.

Is this correct?

my problem is solved but I have a new one---
I recieved my 8 books and which i previewed many many times and when i finally got to purchase them the uploading took several times to go through. all ok--i thought-- i recieved my books-there are words mixed up and one 5x7 picture missing in the books. this is not what i previewed--what i saw in the preview was perfect--these were not red lined things. i thought it was going to be perfect just as i wanted it. what can you do for me and these messed up christmas presents??

I took a look at the books and I see what you mean. I passed the case along to our MAC developer to get his advice.

I'll definitely give you a coupon to reorder once I know how to fix the issue.
