Is there a way to order a book with the traditional "window cover" and a jacket at the same time? All other books I've ordered have the window cover and I'm not sure if I want to move to jacket covers. I dont see any reason I cant put a jacket over this kind of cover, in fact MP now lets you order just jackets for older books. But it costs twice as much to order the jacket separately (not including shipping I'm sure!)

Besides, I'd think many people would want a photo under the jacket as well.....

Am I correct in assuming that its just plain linen or leather under the jacket?

You cannot order a picture window book with a book jacket at the same time over it. The reason is that the book jackets wear much more poorly with a hole under them. It's a bit awkward.

Under the jacket the book is black, thick, cover stock, similar to those you'd find at a bookstore that have a book jacket.
