in 2004 i ordered pocket books from you that had a "hidden text" cutout cover. when closed, a photo showed through the cutout. upon opening the cover the title of the book was shown under the photo. why is that cover style no longer available?
i'd like to use it for a deluxe book i'm working on. none of the current covers seem to allow anything to be printed that isn't visible through the cutout.
