I've seen this scarry mesage a lot...and believe it is automatically displayed in a different window while you are in the purchsing process. So I always just minimize it, and go back to the purchasing window. This can be frustrating...especially lately, when MyPublisher's servers seem to be having some serious slowdowns. I'm a very patient person, but the server response this weekend REALLY taxed my patience!
