My book won't load up

I have a large, 90 page, 255MB book that won't load up...MyPublisher doesn't respond to numerous emails...I hate to go somewhere else and start over...I would appreciate any help or suggestions...

Thanks for contacting us through the forum. We experienced a major power outage in our area this weekend that unfortunately did not allow us to respond back in a timely manner via email.

I'm happy that we were able to contact you directly to sort out the upload issue w/ the following solutions:

If AOL software is set as the default browser on your computer, it will block BookMaker from connecting to the shopping cart over the internet. Another internet browser must be selected to allow BookMaker to connect and the upload to be successful.

Also, firewalls can prevent BookMaker from connecting to our shopping cart. Ensure that firewall settings are set to low or turned off when trying to upload your PhotoBook.
