Ordered - no confirmation

I just ordered my first book and it has taken the money but I haven't received any type of confirmation. Is there a number I can call?

I had that same problem 2 days ago. After emailing them several time, someone emailed me back and promised me that charge would be dropped off my account in a few days. Still waiting to see before I try to do as advised and reorder the book.
