Problems buying a book

Hi there.

The last couple of days I've been trying to order a book from you. It seems that everytime I get to the "order now" page, I get some internal server error and it says I should contact a server administrator.

And that's exactly what I did a few days ago, yet I haven't got any answer to this date.

Any ideas what may be wrong ?

Are you using the iphoto plug-in or BookMaker MAC?

I'm not sure what could be causing the Internal Server error. I'd like to recommend that you wait until Sunday to place your order. I'm not sure if you can wait that long, but we are totally replacing our shopping cart for the iphoto plug in, since our current one has been having trouble. It will be fully up and running by then and you shouldn't have any issues.

Is this ok?

Hi again.

So I've tried and then tried again and again after that. I'm not trying to be rude here but I've been trying to buy this book from you for 2 weeks now and my patience is running low :/

Now I can't even upload the book, it says I cant connect to your server when I'm uploading it.

I have no idea what to do, it seems I've tried everything...

The problem is almost certainly on your side, so can you help me ?

Maybe you can recommend another company who does this for me ?

By the way, I don't know if it matters - it could though - but I'm running Leopard now.

I've consulted with our developers and we are currently not sure of the compatibility with Leopard. It is definitely possible that that could have an impact. From my understanding it was only released on Friday! Did you have an advance copy of the new OS? I'm so sorry but I don't have an answer for you at the moment, all I can say is that the developers have purchased Leopard and QA is testing it. They promised me an answer by Friday.

Just a few questions though...
1) Does your browser launch at all? Do you get to a shopping cart log in page?
2) If you are able to get to the "upload" portion, does it fail at the same point each time?

No I just bought Leopard the minute it got out :)

Answers to your questions:

When I was running Tiger, I could upload and all that, but when I clicked the "order now" button, I got a server error. Now, running Leopard, I can't even upload the book, it tries to connect to your server but fails to do so after a couple of retries.
