What the heck. I created a book using the latest software and when I click on purchase NOTHING happens. It will not upload. I tried everything suggested in the FAQ (tunred off firewall and spam software, etc...) and nothing. I have found several blogs where folks have had issues and terrible customer service from mypublisher and I guess you can add me to the list. I am most likely going to order a book from Shutterfly if I don't get resolution immediatley...and I will blog about this negative experience too!

I was having that issue, too.

What finally worked for me was to set Mozilla Firefox as my default web browser. If you don't have it, I think you can find it at google for free.

I can't believe it. After spending nearly six hours trying to get my book to load, setting the browswer to default to Mozilla Firefox finally did the trick. I'm glad I stumbled onto this forum, because my first email to customer support didn't get me what I needed and my second email was not returned at all.

After spending about 10 hours trying different things, I recommend to others the following as this is what worked for me.

FYI- I am running Windows XP Home Edition

Turnoff Antivirus/Firewall
Install Mozilla FoxFire as Your Default Browser. I had never heard of it before reading the forums. If you Google Mozilla Foxfire, you'll find that you can download it for free.

Third Try Again.

Hopefully this works for others and saves them the frustration that I faced.

Did it work for you? It may be that your Internet Explorer is at too high a security setting.

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

I tried adjusting my security setting in Explorer and it didn't work for me...but Mozilla Foxfire did. Just received my books. They are awesome. Thanks!
