Order processing error

I can not order the book I made. I keep getting an "Order processing error". How can I fix this?

Hi Julie~

I finally gave up on My Publisher for this exact problem when I tried to order a nice photo book for my family at Christmas two years ago. I couldn't get my order to go through after over an hour of downloading photos...this is when we still had dial-up though :) It just came back "Order processing error"? I contacted someone within customer service...they said I should export the book onto my computer to save it...import it back into My Publisher and try again. After trying that, I couldn't even open the book back up without it saying "book failed to import" cannot open. I never got the book opened again and never placed an order.

Customer Service had no idea why I couldn't get their software to work and said I should try to reload the program and start over. I finally gave up and haven't checked back with this company till now.

I suggest looking into a different company to make a book from...it's not worth the stress and time to worry over it. I hope they will help you solve your problem...but if they don't...move on and find a better company! :) Hope this helps you!~ Good luck~~
