We just got our deluxe book in the mail. OMG....just AMAZING. WAY beyond what I had thought it would be and I had really high expectations for the deluxe.

As an aside- we have ordered 2 classic books before and we just LOVED them. The deluxe just puts them to shame though and I am so shocked that that's the case b/c the classic books are outstanding!

First off- it's HUGE. Secondly, the jacket, the entire book looks absolutely professional. No beading, no pixelation on anything! Looks like a true REAL book!

I opened the book and was trying to go to page 2, so I used my fingers to "separate the pages" like I always do- the only "problem" was that the page was SO THICK that I was only holding onto 1 PAGE! I was shocked at the quality of the paper.

I don't know what they use now for the classic books, ours are from summer 2006, and the grade of paper has got to be like twice as thick for the deluxe vs. classic and I thought the classic pages were hefty!

To be fair, we LOVED our classic book and I would recommend them to anybody but WOW, our deluxe is just so great I can't even put it into words.

I can't wait to show friends and family! People ask a lot about whether the books are "good enough" for actual wedding albums. The answer is YES, they are. If what you want is a book with photos in it, not an album but an actual true book- this is your product!!

I can't imagine a better album for our wedding. I've seen lots of wedding albums and we just didn't want those "thick cardboard" pages, the old fashioned style albums. We wanted something "hip and new" something "different" than our parents and grandparents had- and this is IT :)

Congratulations...I'm glad you are happy with your book. It gives us all hope that our precious books will turn out great. Did you have any that were too light or too dark? That seems to be the main complaint. What we see on our screens isn't always what prints out.

Yes, I had maybe 2 or 3 shots that printed a bit dark- but nobody would know it unless they saw the original photo. So the "mistake" isn't noticeable to anybody that hasn't spend 30 minutes working on 1 page :) LOL!

Glad you like your book! It's great when all the hard work pays off!

I received mine today & love it as well! Mine is a Classic & I do agree with you that the Deluxe pages are even thicker (I also think the print quality seems to be a tiny bit better on them). The size of the Deluxe is quite impressive too!

However, I do love the Classic we just got in the mail today! I highly recommend the black pages... I was a little weary that the color would not be conistent, but it looks perfect! Very professional & expensive looking! I'm sold! I was also a bit concerned about the pictures coming out too dark because of the high resolution, but they look great. To my amazement, the book looks exactly like it did in the "Book Store," the colors are vibrant & beautiful -- you can even see the freckles on some of the bridesmaids!

After making a few minor changes (on the size of some of the pictures) I'm definitely going to order more copies for our families -- before the COSTCO discount ends ;-)

How do I find the Costco discount? When does it end?

Go to costco.com and click on photo at the top of the page. If you are not a member, go to membership to join. It costs $50 per year to be a member. Once you join if you are not already a member, they will email you a membership number. With that number, you can download the software and install over your 2.2 version from MyPublisher. The 45% discount ends 11/7/07.

I am new to the site and trying to figure out how to view your album, how do I do it?
