I posted the previous Fatal Error question. If I do download the software again, do I uninstall the previously installed software first?

In the future, either reply to your first question, so the topic stays together, or even better, you can "edit" your questions, with a little box in the upper right by "Reply".

To answer your question, it has been recommended by Mypublisher numerous times in this forum to uninstall your original version. You should not lose any work unless the book got corrupted in some way.

No either way whether you uninstall or download right over it, you are all set. The application data files are overwritten, but your books are safe.
