I complained about MyPublisher, said it stinks, couldn't purchase the book I spent hours on - but I have to tell you - Julia, sweet thing in NYC office really helped me out. I exported the file - took it to work - downloaded it and was able to purchase 2 books. They arrived in very short time and they were beautiful - recipient was overjoyed. So was I. I still cannot purchase from my home computer - had a tech check it out - NO HELP - and therefore I have to go through all that exporting and carting the file to work - and then do it at my office - not always convenient. Julia said she will have someone call me next week - actualy set up an appt. for the day I will be home and it is greatly appreciated because it's a great product - WHEN IT WORKS!!
