I'm terribly dissappointed. After over a day of trying to get the software to work, I finally make a book and I go to purchase which takes me to the edit/create account page. I enter my password over and over and over and it keeps bringing me back to this page with no exlanation of why it's not proceeding. Please help. I would really like to buy your product. It really should not be this hard.

Hi Amy - if you have already created an account with us, please make sure that when you log in you are clicking the NEXT button and not hitting "return" by mistake. That can take you to the edit page.
