View Full Version : Help I can't get on to buy my book

Windows opens, the screen "purchase your photobook please log in comes on",
I'm new so i select I'm new, I don't have a password, then I click on the red next.
Then i get a screen to create / edit your account. I fill out all lines and check the yes I agree to terms box. (all red asteric fields are filled in) then i click on the red next button and ............thats it. the screen just comes back top the create /edit your account screen with my info still on it. I can't advance past this screen ...please help whats going on tom

Tom - are you still having an issue? It must have been a fluke, I have not seen that problem before.

I have the same problem. Right now it's Sept 27th. I have been trying for the past one hour, using Firefox or Internet Explorer! I even tried to lower the internet explorer security level and privacy level..... after clicking "next" filling up all the info of names, email address and password, the webpage just return to its original same page again, except the password columns are blank...

really annoying>_<

I finally got past the create account page. after trying everything for two days, I used a different e-mail address and it worked. Does My publisher not take msn.com accounts? If you noticed I had to create another account for this page as well because my msn.com account would not let me back in. Thats why I have tomm in the name this time. Hope this helps the other person.

That's interesting. MSN should have no effect whatsoever. If anyone else is experiencing this, please let me know!

I can't create an account either. I tried changing security settings, popup settings, I am left in lala land.

It is possible that our server was being rebooted. I recommend giving it another try.

I am having the exact same issue and now I am trying with firefox (I am a mac user). I get to the enter email address and select that I am a new user. Sometimes I get to the next page and other times is just sits there doing nothing.

Any suggestions?

I responded to your other post. Clearly your browser is launching, so you should be able to get through the shopping cart process with no problem. Are you sure your network connection is stable? What type of connection are you using?

Hi - yes my network is stable. I can consistently access other websites at speed and without any problems. I have now transferred of f my MAC onto a PC (including setting up an entire new book in the correct software) and still cannot register. The inital launch works OK however when I click next after entering my new account details I am receiving an error message saying page cannot be displayed. I am connecting using IE over broadband now. Previously I was connecting via my MAC using firstly Safari and then Firefox but to no avail. I have looked through your help to determine if there is a setting within the browser that may cause this but cannot see anything that is relevant.

Any thoughts would be useful - the old reboot advise did nothing either.

I'm not sure if this will help or not...

I have a MP account & have had the same problem when trying to order/upload a book from my MAC (I've never had this problem on the books I've ordered from my PC). Anyway, the screens kept opening up in Internet Explorer (MAC Version), which could not handle the task at all. Finally, I had to delete Internet Explorer from my MAC all together (which was fine because I never used it).

Then I tried again using Safari and it worked great - no problems. Strange that the program works perfectly with Safari, but not at all with Internet Explorer. That was my experience at least.

Yes I've got the same problem for the last two days. I reinstalled the software and tried on different computers but without success. I've got in touch with customer service and sent them screenshots. Very disappointing.
