Issue running Bookmaker 2.2 on Vista

I am unable to get bookmaker to work. The program launches but it does nothing when I open it. NOTHING. Either I'm doing something wrong, or possibly this is a compability issue with Vista?

I am having the same problem, except I am running xp media center edition

I also tried downloading the Costco version and that had the same problem.

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall with my IE security settings lowered to Medium.

Same problem for me too. I have xp media edition as well and have downloaded the program but I cannot open a new book or do anything to even get started.

I am having the exact same problem!!!! I installed it on my sister's XP machine and it worked fine, but when I came home and installed it on my Vista machine nothing happened! When I firts open it the MyPublisher 2.2 logo appears, then that goes away and nothing happens. When I click on the icon to open the program again it finally opens but it's just a white screen, and I can't do anything. I click on create new book, but nothing happens. I click on get photos and nothing happens. PLEASE HELP!!!

When you have the option to RUN or SAVE during install, try Saving it, then launching it. Let me know if that solves your issue.

Same problem here with 2.2 on XP Media Center edition. Tried both saving and running the installer. Also tried the costco version. All with the same results. After launching the application, I just get a white window without being able to do anything.

A new version has been posted to the site. Delete/uninstall previous versions and download and reinstall. This fixed the problem for me.
