Hi.
My name is Craig Abbs.
I've made mistake by clicking 'place oder' without uploading my book.
Then I've seen it charged my account right away meanwhile now I am ready to uploading my book and place the new order to corrected it.
Please contact me immediately to resolve this.
I want to cancel the previous order and do it all over again.

Dear Customer Service,

This is my second posting regarding this issue. I have already placed a second complete order with successful upload.
I hope I don't get charge twice since I only want to put one order. I have not received any confirmation email on the first order for me to cancel the order, however my account was "charged".
I'm bit disappointed because there's no reply whatsoever from any of Customer Service person.
I am confused because I do not want to charged twice, and I waited to get an answer because I have to put the order today.

Please respond.

nms - I see you have recieved and answer back from customer service within a few hours. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We do not charge your credit card until the order ships. It only goes out for an authorization.
