Panoramic Pictures - Move Photos With Keyboard Instead of Mouse

I am using a one photo, bleed template on both pages of a 2-page spread. Several photos have been combined in Corel and the resulting photo split into same size, left and right halves. These were dropped into the frames on the 2 pages and the Zoom Out button used so that the pictures fill the frames side-to-side.

I am concerned that the meeting of the 2 edges of the pictures will be buried in the center and that will alter the effect of the panorama.

Is there any way to move the photos using keyboard controls so that they are definitely only moving in 1 direction?
