I created a book - no problem. Uploaded it on a Thursday and received it by Monday - very quick.
But the book was printed incorrectly. The pages in the book go something like 6, 7, 8, 7, 8, 9. Later on a similar pattern happens where two pages are repeated.
I wrote customer service on Tuesday then again on Thursday - no response to either inquiry. Needless to say I'm pretty upset because mypublisher doesn't have a number.
I'd be happy to send the book back - it's pretty disappointing both from a quality and responsiveness standpoint. Posting here is my next step.
