Wish I had read the complaints and bewares before wasting so much time on this project. Obviously, inefficient website - can't purchase the album I spent hrs. downloading and organizing - then spent more hrs. trying to purchase - followed instructions that arrived every 24 hrs to each email I sent - same instructions - same results - nothing - bad news - stay away

I feel the same way. Was to be a birthday present on the 22 of sept. and I'm still trying to upload my book and its the 25th. I am on dialup and I realize its slow, but its been "uploading" for 18 continuous hours. I'm running ono anitvirus, no firewall, and have tons of memory available. I'm getting ready to just stop it. I'm afraid of interrupting it to even write this letter. !!

Hi Samzagal -

I do apologize you are having these issues, but your book can take hours to upload with dial up. Depending on how many photos you have, your book file can be hundreds of MB. Transmitting this over a dial up connection is very difficult. We recommend high speed connections. If you have any access to a high speed connection, I recommend you export your book, save it to a jump drive, download bookmaker on another computer with a high speed connection and upload from there.
