Charged Credit card... but not able to confirm actually uploading book

Hi, I am a bit concerned... and hope that this is reslolved easily... because I am very excited about using mypublisher for lots of projects I have in front of me.... (*fingers crossed*)

I was able to purchase my book yesterday... I haev confirmed that you have charged my bank...... but.... in the uploading of the book the software seemed to have froze- or hung for 6+ hours.... and finally closing with no confirmation. I have NO idea if you received my complete book.... if it has errors... no idea what to expect. I sent an email out right away... but... no response (none in the spam either... Ive been watch there too).

please advise on how I can actaully get confirmation or resolve this uploading error without going through the purchase process again.

Mine did exactly the same in terms of no confirmation email, and I can say that I got my books today, and I didn't get a message from customer services till yesterday (after emailing them on Monday). As I said in a different thread I really wish there was a quick way to check the status of a book rather than having to send an email to customer services (who this week seem to have been stretched to the limit)

PS I also checked my Spam Folders and just know that no email was received.

Good news. I have verified that your order was successfully submitted on Sept 21. It is in the process of printing right now. It should be shipped shortly! I am sorry you did not receive your confirmation e-mail.
