Q1: About a month ago I created a book and then something happened and crashed my system. I finally got it up and went to download the program again recently and it seems to be going through the process, then starts the program and I see the PictureIt 2.2 screen then it disappears into the land of the lost. It seems to be running somewhere??? I've removed the program and then re-downloaded it a cople of times to no avail.

Q2: I'm hoping all the hours I spent on my book previous to my system crash can be recovered? I thought it was saved on my hard drive and we put what we thought the book file to be on a memory card. Took it to a friends to see if she could open the book up on her pc and it won't read it. So, that is question #2, how do I get the original book back?

I hope someone can help me with this because I'd really like to get some gift albums done.

Hi fampics - let me see if I can help.

Q1: What is the PictureIt 2.2 screen? The blue screen that says BookMaker 2.2? When you download again it overwrites your application but does not do anything to the book files, so your books should still be fully intact.

Q2: Did your friend have BookMaker installed on her PC? What did you save as the "book file"? The actual book file needs to be first exported from your machine, saved on to your media and then imported to the other computer.

Please let me know a bit more information.

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

Please try to download again. We had download issues yesterday so it may not have fully written the application. You can add/remove programs and it will remove the app and download a fresh copy from the website today.

Thanks!
