View Full Version : Cannot Purchase Book

Hi MyPublisher,
I am having a problem purchasing my newly created book. I have done all the things recommended by you to try to get the browser to open when I click on "next" but to no avail on my book. HOWEVER, I created another book and just dragged and dropped pictures into it and then click on purchase...guess what...it went through like a charm. So, now my question is why when you have text in your book or it is a larger book, you can't seem to purchase it? Is Publisher working on this problem? Many people are complaining about the same thing. I NEED THIS BOOK. Please help us to get this resolved in 2.2 as I can't get customer service to email me either.

Try opening your browser first, reduce it to an icon then opening Bookmaker. If your browser is open first, you should be able to click on Purchase and go through the upload process. If this doesn't work, I don't have any other ideas.

I had a special character in the name of my book. Took it out and the software worked perfectly. <embarassed>

I am having the same problems. First of all My Publisher keeps on asking me to install the software over and over again. When I finally get to the creating the book part, the software has a hard time actually maneuvering.
I am now not able to check out. I am in the middle of purchasing the book. They have not asked me to log on and it seems to be stuck.
I do have very large photos and text in my book. Is that an issue?

HOPE this helps! My book is now ordered. I have also received two replies from 'Customer Service' both saying the same thing...."it's a Firewall issue" etc, etc. NO IT ISN'T Publisher....it's a bug in your software! Go figure.............(or lose business)

Guys - we have a build of 2.2 on our website version2030 that should solve the special characters bug. Let me know if anyone still experiences issues with special characters.
