Please Help, I uploaded my book earlier this week on Monday, got a screen with a confirmation number on it, but have not received a confirmation email so I emailed Customer Support. (At the time it said 1 hour average response).
By the next day nothing, so I've emailed again... still nothing.
All I want to know is has my order worked. As I really need the book by next Thursday.
Is there a number I can call or a way of knowing if my order has successfully uploaded. I cannot afford to pay for another book if this one has worked.
Please help
Allan

I now get an email saying that the books have been dispatched.
GREAT!!! at least I will get them, but still no response from the customers service to say my orderr was recieved. I have no spam filters, and know my email address is correct. Could an area not be put on your website so folks could log in and see the status of a book?
If I had gone with the help file advice of uploading again if I do not get an email confirmation in 3 hours I would now be very much out of pocket and have 2 more books I don't need. I think this needs reviewed urgently. It might even take some pressure off the customer services unit.

Usually my confirmation of order received email comes within minutes of uploading my book. MyPublisher has had a lot of internal system problems lately and that may have been one of them. I had a book that I didn't receive a confirmation so I clicked on Customer Service at the bottom of this page and sent an email. They responded within the hour with confirmation. I don't understand those who say they don't get a response from their emails to customer service. I have sent quite a few and never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response no matter what my question was.
If it is a technical problem, perhaps they need longer to answer but in your case, they could have answered sooner I believe.

Cruiser,
Do you think these internal system problems have anything to do with why we can't purchase a book???

I'm not sure because all of my books went right through to Purchase even when others were having problems. I received confirmation emails and when shipped received my password to view in the BookStore.
My emails sent were answered promptly and when a small book was lost in the delivery process, it was reshipped and I received it this morning.
I'm hoping that MyPublisher is reading these forum messages and working out what ever the problems are.

The Fantastic book arrived very safely, hopefully next time the process will go smoother with less stress for me.

No, I think that was a separate issue. For me, it didn't work until I relented and made IExplorer the default (for someone else, it didn't work until he made Firefox the default).
BTW, my book arrived today and was perfect.

I know you have received your book. I apologize for the delay in response.
