Book NOT uploading...

I am having a problem getting to a purchase screen. I check that I have previewed and then click on next and I sit there....forever. I have turned off every firewall and closed down all software except mypublisher and still I just sit. I am using 2.2 and have Windows XP. I have put mypublisher as a trusted site.

I have a very nice book that I need for a wedding in 3 weeks and I can't purchase it. Is there a way to get the book to mypublisher on cd through snail mail so that I can get my book published?

Help. There's a time crunch here!

Are you using IE 7? Have you enabled cookies, disabled pop-up blockers and set all other security programs to low? These normally solve the issue. Also, try opening a browser before clicking purchase.

Doing all of the above plus virus scan disabling did not solve the problem.

I still need to know how I might get my book published if I can't get it uploaded. I'm still having the same problems. Can't get the book to share either. Is it possible that since so many folks are having the same problems, the problem may be with the new 2.2 version???

Ditto - I never had this happen before with the old version...........no response from customer services yet either.

Mmm - just done a test 'book' using the 'Auto Build' option and guess what - I was allowed to 'purchase' with no problem!

WE NEED ADVICE, MY PUBLISHER, ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!

Dear Imagemaker...
I just found out what my problem was...<very embarassed>. I had a special character in the title of the book. Once I renamed the book and took the special character out...voila! no problems. The order went though as advertised. I didn't realize that would cause a problem. The software allowed me to name it "A&J Rehearsal Dinner". Once I took the A&J part out of it...no problems. Maybe others are doing the same thing.
