Hi....
I was a beta tester for the new 2.2 release. I submitted my book ontime without any problems. I received an email that it had been received. About 3 weeks ago, I received an email indicating that I should receive my book in 1-2 weeks. When it didn't arrive, I emailed twice inquiring about the status of my book. I have yet to receive an email back from tech support.

Did anyone else have this problem? Are there beta testers out there that have received a book at this point?

My email to tech support was over a week ago -- I feel that is plenty of time to have received a response and I don't know what avenue to go down now as there is no phone number I can contact.

YES! I was just looking on here to see if someone posted about this! I sent an email last week (2 weeks after the email to me) and I never got a response. I re-emailed yesterday (now 3 weeks) and have heard nothing. I just resent the entire thing to the regular customer service email rather than the Beta Customer Service email.

I'm used to the customer service being quick and this to me is unacceptable...esp. if it is with multiple people now not getting a response--at least email back with a cookie cutter response saying we're delayed again.

I am sorry that you have not yet received your beta test books. Due to the nature of a beta test, these books will take a lot longer to produce as we do testing with each file and test printing of each of them. Most of the books have shipped by now. There are a few remaining books that we will be getting out shortly. If you have not yet received yours, please be patient for a few more days as we work through the final ones we have.
