Discount is not being applied to order

a discount is supposed to be applied in the checkout process. I am trying to order 35 books tonight, but no discount is being applied to the offer, and there is no coupon code.

Please help. I?m facing a massive deadline?

Same problem - I need the Costco discount code. I've got 3 books ready to order -does anyone know the code??

You need to download ver 2.2 directly from the CostCo site and then your discount will automatically be applied. That is how I got the discount. Here is the costco site:

I am a MAC user and the Costco discount doesn't automatically show up when I order my books. What I was told to do is upload the book and place the order, then email customer service with the order number. They will then issue a credit. I have done this several times and have had no problem with it.

I do wish the company would have a discount code for the Costco discount so that I didn't have to go through this.

If you are a Costco member and have downloaded our software from the Costco website, your discount should be automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout. If for some reason, this is not working, try downloading the software again from the Costco website to ensure you have the proper version to be eligible for the discount. Then if you are still not seeing it, please email customer service.

Please note: This discount is only offered to BookMaker PC and BookMaker Mac users. It is not valid for orders using the iPhoto Plug-in.
