Once I press purchase, and confirm that I have previewed all my pages, the bookmaker program goes to a page that says that I am currently in the middle of my upload and purchase session. Nothing happens. In red on the screen in the program it says "You have clicked back into the BookMaker software." but in reality I never left. I'm under the impression that something is supposed to pop up in my browser, but nothing ever does. I've left it on this screen for hours and nothing happens. Any suggestions??

I am having the same exact same issue. I created a book and clicked purchase.....and nothing happens it takes me to the same screen you mentioned. I waited a long time for something to appear that would lead me to the next step. I need help : (

I had the same problem.

I decided to try again the next day and now the BookMaker won't open and creates an error log (see discussion: Problems with latest software for the Mac) I am using Windows XP

Yeah...well. I tried everything that I was told to do. We cleared out all security on our computer, we got rid of firewalls, I updated the program and explorer.

And still...nothing. 16hrs of hard work has gone down the drain. Off to find another way to publish my book.

I wonder why this "Issue" forum has over a thousand posts???

Thanks for NOTHING!

Thank you MyPublisher. Thank you for contacting me personally and walking me through a resolution.

Just as I was feeling helpless and frustrated, and decided to throw a temper tantrum, MyPublisher came through for me.

I appreciate the time you took to speak with me personally. I'm confident I will have the ability to create and publish another beautiful keepsake for my husbands 40th birthday.

Thanks again!!!!!!

Can you enlighten any of us who just got a response that basically said, "Try it on another computer."

I've spent more time now trying to get this purchased than I spent laying out the album.

I wish I never found you mypublisher.
