Where's my order????

I placed my order at 2 a.m. on October 30th and as of today still no book!!

This is so disappointing because it's taking so long to process. I was so excited when I learned about this program on the Costco website.

But to make it worse, I have 3 other 100-page Deluxe books ready to send out for order but I don't want to send anything out until I see what the quality is of my first book. Problem is I want to send them out before the Costco deal expires on Wednesday (Sept. 12th) - help!!!!

I've spent over 40 hours working on four 100-page books and I just hope all the late nights will be worth it. But again, where's my book????

I usually get my books within 8 to 10 days of ordering. You should send an email to customer service.

I apologize for any delay in your order. Books typically take about 4 business days to publish and bind. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Also, the Costco discount has been extended until Nov. 7th so you have plenty of time to take advantage of this promotion.

MyPub - so the same up to 45% off Costco promotion will be extended to Nov 9th? I just want to make sure I am understanding you correctly and that it will be the same promotion otherwise it will be another late night for me to rush getting these sent to you after work today. And I want to ensure the percentage off is the same if not more. The Costco website doesn't show it being extended.

I received an email from CostCo saying it had been extended until November 7th so I am working on another Deluxe book. You can use the CostCo discount on as many books as you can make. I've already used it on two books.

And my books are in route to be shipped today - hopefully the quality is everything everyone raves about =)
