So slow

Hi again, as you can see i am new to My publisher. I started making my book yesterday, everything went well except for some caption issues (See previous post). The importing pictures went real fast so did the whole process of making the book. Today however is a different story, whenever i want to turn pages, drag pictures in the designated box, change page layout,....well do about anything it is extremely slow. I am using the same computer, have no other programs open, have enough memory space available,..Why is is to slow?

I am having the same problem, my program is running painfully slow. I see the previous user posted this problem on 11/7 with no response... please, someone help!

I was having the same problem...program running painfully slow (Costco version 4.0), and now the problem has escalated to the point where I can't add any more photos. I'm on page 69 of my book, invested HOURS of time building this book, and now, when I try to drag a photo into a blank page, the program goes into a loop. It keeps refreshing the thumbnails across the top of the screen and the only way out is to do a Control-
Alt-Delete. Very frustrating, especially since this problem has been noted by many others in the forum, and MyPublisher hasn't fixed it yet.

I have used My Publisher for quite some time. I believe I have made at least twenty, if not more books with My Publisher and have been very pleased. For the past few days I have been working on two other books. The My Publisher software has been extremely slow, i.e., 32 seconds to load a page, 12 seconds to turn a page, 26 seconds to add a page, etc. Plus, I finally finished a project after hours and hours and my project wouldn't upload; I kept getting an error message. These are the actions I have taken after calling My Publisher several times:
Closed out all other programs on my computer.
Reinstalled My Publisher software.
Transferred my project onto my laptop (SAME PROBLEM!).
I did upload my project to "dropboxyousendit" via MP tech (haven't heard back yet)
Out of frustration I am ready to switch to another online program.

Any suggestions out there?
