hi, I am having problems putting a title on my deluxe front cover. Although I am only using font size 20 and that my title is only 3 small words; it keeps on showing a little yellow warning triangular saying it does no fit. I preview the front cover and the title is so so small you can barely read it. What should i do?

Hi pitch,

Sorry to hear you're receiving this indicator message!

In this instance we do have a couple of solutions for you.

First, click on your caption box. Move the cursor to the end of your caption and hold the delete key for a few seconds. This will remove any extra spaces or characters, and usually resolves the indicator.

If this doesn't do the trick, and you've ensured your letters (while in Make Book mode) don't touch the caption box (either the sides, top, or bottom) you may need to reinstall MyPublisher onto your computer.

Don't 'Uninstall' or 'Remove' the MyPublisher software. Instead, go to www.mypublisher.com, and click on the box GET STARTED (Learn More), in the upper-right corner, to download and reinstall the software over your existing copy.

Save the file to your desktop, and then double click to 'Run' the installer and accept the license agreement. As the installation proceeds, you may see a prompt to allow or deny MyPublisher's access to the internet through your computer's firewall software. It's imperative that you allow the program 'full access' in order for it to function properly.

You'll know that the you've completed the installation when the blue MyPublisher splash screen appears. It will display MyPublisher's latest version in the lower left corner.

Once you've run the installer file, you can delete it. This file is named bmsetup-USD-en-US.

And don't worry about losing your work in progress -- this installation will not harm your saved work.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Kindest regards,

MyPublisher

I have had the same issue with some in-picture captions. Sometimes it helps to delete and re-write. However, I have found that it looks OK in Preview Mode, then you won't have a problem. As one of the MyPub. technical people told me, "sometimes our software sees something that isn't there."
