I am creating the book jacket for the Deluxe book in Photoshop and would like the overall dimensions of the WHOLE jacket.
To be more precise, it I were to lay the jacket flat (flaps extended) what is the height and width of the jacket.
When the jacket is folded, what is the width of the spine and what is the width of each flap?
