MyPublisher Logo

I've noticed the MyPublisher logo is getting bolder and bolder. Is there an option not to have the logo as I sell these books as an optional extra. My first book had a very discrete logo now its partly in red and very noticable.

We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered regarding our logo.

I completely understand your concern about having our name printed in your books, but we don't want this to deter you from using our services in the future.

We have designed our branding to be as unobtrusive as possible in all of our books. Also, our Deluxe Hardcover Books do not contain any MyPublisher branding (with the exception of Deluxe Books ordered with the leather cover. There is a subtle, impressed logo on the back of the imported leather covers only.)

You may want to consider creating a jpg image of your name or the name of your studio and inserting it onto the last page of your book so it will appear before our logo. If you have stickers made up, another alternative is to use them to cover up the MyPublisher logo.

Thanks for the reply and I do understand your position, however with some of your rival it is possible to have our own logo in place of theirs. But personally I was quite happy with the old embossed version. So any chance of reverting back to that or perhaps the option to have my own in place of yours?

On another point I have to source presentation boxes to supply the books to my clients. Any chance in the future this service may be available with My Publisher?

This is a very shortsighted business decision that mypublisher has made; all of the competitors (Blurb, etc) have added the option to remove their logo for a small charge. Heck, even Apple allows you to remove the Apple logo for a small charge.

Get with the program Mypublisher - there are professionals out there who want to use your services for the smaller books, but won't until they can remove your logo!

The MP branding on the Classic size books is very obtrusive and with competitors offering removal of branding for a small fee MP need to have a rethink about allowing branding removal as an option.

Most of my books are wedding albums and the last thing I need are customers having to put up with the MP logo on the last page.

Come on MP think again!

Since these last few posts back in November, are the MP logos still appearing or did MP decide to do away with them? I'm getting ready to order my first book, but I am hestitant on doing so if the logo is still present.
