Text box sizes fine in v3.1 but not v3.3

I created a beautiful 100 page book last December using v3.1 and the Story Teller Layout. In many cases I pushed the limit on the characters I fit into the text boxes but after much manipulation, I was able to squeeze it all in.
I am now simply trying to order an additional copy using the mandatory v3.3 update but am having problems. Many times all I do is click the text box, close out of it without making any changes and suddenly the text no longer fits in the text box. Sometimes I get the warning triangle but many times I don't even though I can see text has been cut off. Have the text boxes become smaller in size? If I don't get the triangle will it print properly even though I can't see the text just outside the text box? I could use some help quickly as I'm trying to place the order by tomorrow.

You can reorder the book directly from Bookshelf on our website without using the software because we have your old files available for reorder. If you call customer service it will probably take all of 5 minutes to walk you through of how to order.

Ed & MP, thank you for your suggestions and reply. I should have clarified that I was trying to incorporate a book jacket into the re-order that I didn't have before (this was to be a gift). I'd still like to know why the text fit in the v3.1 boxes but not v3.3.
