As a new customer I must say how much I appreciate your customer service help line!!
I needed help several times with my first book, and they were friendly, patient and had the answers.
A company that cares enough to provide good customer sercvice AND a good product (got my book today, looks great) definately deserves my loyalty and recommendations!!!
