I just made a jpg to include in the classic book (as a single page), following your instructions of 8,75" x 11,25 " (size of the book). How come there is a lot cut off? What size do I have to make my jpg so that it is not cut off?
thanks!

Hello Pilar,
Thank you for your business with MyPublisher, and we're sorry for any confusion regarding your file size, for full-bleed photos!
Based upon the information which you've provided, it sounds like you may not have necessarily allowed for the 1/8-1/4 inch margins around all sides of your images. Without this allowance, you can lose some portions of your image in processing.
So, please review the following tips, to ensure that your edited images do meet our requirements:
--- IMAGE SIZES ---------------------------------
Deluxe Hardcover
15.08" wide by 11.58" inches high at 300dpi (4524 x 3474 pixels)
Classic Hardcover
11.08" wide by 8.58 " inches high at 300dpi (3324 x 2574 pixels)
Paperback PocketBooks
7.83 " wide by 5.83" inches high at 300dpi (2349 x 1749 pixels)
--- COLOR SETTINGS ---------------------------
~ Use sRGB or RGB when enhancing photos – no CMYK.
~ Use sRGB or RGB for black and white photos – no Grayscale.
~ Remove any vectors, slices or layers from your images.
~ MyPublisher does not currently provide ICC profiles for our output devices
--- BLEED / GUTTER ----------------------------
IMPORTANT: Please allow 1/8 inch gutter around all sides of your jpeg image to allow for potential cropping in the printing process. Without this allowance, any text or image placed at the edges of the jpeg may be croppped when the book is printed.
--- FILE FORMAT ---------------------------------
Your images must be saved as JPEG files (file ends in .jpg or .jpeg) at the maximum quality setting.
------------------------------------------------------
Once you've created your images using a third party image editor, you can then use the Get Photos mode to bring them into the MyPublisher app. Then while in Make Book mode, you can select a '1 Photo' page type from the page menu for each page on which you'd like to place a custom image.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To achieve accurate placement with minimal cropping of a custom image, you'll need to choose a full bleed '1 Photo' page layout WITH CAPTIONS from the left column of the 'Page Layout' palette. The caption boxes will not show in the printed book when left empty, and these layouts offer better placement of custom full bleed images.
Again, we apologize for any confusion, and appreciate your continued patience and understanding with this problem.

Dear Cruiser,
Just to make sure I understood ok. You say that the image sized are the following:
--- IMAGE SIZES ---------------------------------
Deluxe Hardcover
15.08" wide by 11.58" inches high at 300dpi (4524 x 3474 pixels)
Classic Hardcover
11.08" wide by 8.58 " inches high at 300dpi (3324 x 2574 pixels)
Paperback PocketBooks
7.83 " wide by 5.83" inches high at 300dpi (2349 x 1749 pixels)
How come the size I need to make the picture is smaller (11.08" wide by 8.58 " inches high) than the page size when we talk about the Classic Book; but bigger (15.08" wide by 11.58" inches high) when we talk about the Deluxe Book? Is that correct? Shouldn´t the size of the picture for the Deluxe Book also be a little smaller than the actual size of the page?
I hope I explained myself correctly. Hope to hear from you soon!
