I just downloaded the new version which turned out to be 3.3 because I was so fed up with all the crashing every time I tried to change text. It looks like there are some enhancements -- I can use any font on my system and there are more font sizes. BUT and its is a big, but, the MyPublisher fonts are no longer there!!! My whole book uses Palatino Linotype which is no longer on the menu of fonts. Help! I hope this will be fixed fast.

Hello dragonlady,

Thank you for your business with MyPublisher, and we're pleased to hear that you've upgraded your version of our software to the new and improved version 3.3! There are many exciting, new features in this updated version, which we know you'll find make creating and purchasing your book much easier than it ever was before.

However, we're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble locating your chosen font in the dropdown list though. This is indeed a bizarre occurrence. We've tested this in the new software, and are able to locate the font without any problem.

Please note that the Palatino Linotype font is listed alphabetically, and not with the heading "MP", as many of our other, custom fonts are there. So, if you scroll down a little further in the list, you should see it listed towards the bottom of the list.

Again, we apologize for any confusion, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding with this problem. We hope this information is helpful.

Please let us know if there's anything else you need:

Phone Support: (877) 411-6978 (available between the hours of 9AM-9PM EST, Monday through Friday);
E-mail Support: <customerservice@mypublisher.com>, available 24/7!

Best regards,

MyPublisher Customer Support

I talked to tech support on the phone and they are telling me you can now only use the fonts you have on your own computer. If you don't have a font that MyPublisher used to provide you are out of luck if you want to use that font again. Bummer.

As show on this website:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/winxp.htm (http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/winxp.htm)

Palatino Linotype comes with Windows if you don't see that on our list, then it might be that you don't have that font because it was removed. Beside the fonts with MP in the name which are installed with the software, all the others fonts that our software previously used came with Windows (e.g.; Arial, Palatino Lintotype, Verdana), so they should still be avaliable.
