Order Time - 4 weeks???

I'm assuming many of you have placed book orders using BookMaker on this forum. Were you all told that this was a "beta test order"?

I got a message back from Customer Service saying "Beta test orders are processed seperately from other orders. Please allow up to 4 weeks before your order ships."

Is this typical? I ordered my book last week and was hoping for a 1 week turnaround - in time for my wedding. Now it seems I was only a test case; so I will have to go out and get a book done at the local finishing place, last minute! =(

No, the beta test program was only offered to a few select customers. You were given a free book and it was stated that turnaround time is longer for beta test orders. You can e-mail customerservicebeta@mypublisher.com, and they will be able to help you.
