I use a secondary program (lumapix-enhanced) to do some detailed layouts. It is limited to outputting an image that fits the classic book of 11.3 x 8.5. I noticed that I can force the smaller image into a deluxe book, but I am concerned that the resolution will be lost. Does anyone know if your image was reduced to fit the classic book, does it rule out using it in a larger deluxe book?
