Hello,

I'm a newbie and working on my first album. On the book jacket I want the text and have typed in my title, etc. I don't want a white or black background though...I want the picture on my background to show through and the text just to be subtly on top. I know it's possible...my aunt and uncle who recommended the program have one like this but I don't know how to do it! Help/info appreciated!

Hello smurf,

Thank you for your business with MyPublisher, and we're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your jacket!

So that you may have an image appear on your Cover with no black or white border/background, with your Cover page selected, you'll need to click on 'Page layout', and select the template which shows no black or white border/background, but just space for an image to be dragged into the Cover (full-bleed) and then green border lines, for where your text will appear. After you've made your selection, please click the red "x", and close the pop-up.

Then, you can simply click and drag the image which you want to appear on the Cover page, into the Cover photo mold. This should fill the entire page. You may type your text into the caption boxes, and this will be printed directly over your Cover image.

Again, we apologize for any confusion, and appreciate your continued patience and understanding with this problem.
