Hello,
I made a book not too long ago after just downloading the software in June. Now, when I try to enter the program, it says that I must update. I choose update and nothing happens. Any adivce on how to get the program to work? Will I have to re-download the program? If so, will I lose the work I currently have?
Thanks.

Hello nayme3,
Thank you for your business with MyPublisher, and I'm sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with MyPublisher's mandatory upgrade!
As an alternative, you can download the most recent MyPublisher software installer file directly from our website. This will circumvent the forced upgrade and any of the problems that might have resulted from it.
Here's how:
Don't 'Uninstall' or 'Remove' the MyPublisher software, just follow the link below to download and reinstall the software over your existing copy. And don't worry -- this won't affect your saved books.
http://www.mypublisher.com/newGetStarted.php
Click 'Download Now!' and then 'Save.' Point the download to your desktop or downloads folder. Once the download completes, double click on the installer file, named bmsetup-USD-en-US. Select 'Run' from the dialog box that follows and accept the license agreement.
Once the installation is finished, delete the installer file (bmsetup-USD-en-US) to avoid confusing it with the MyPublisher icon. Then, you can launch the most current release of the MyPublisher software: 3.2.0.4730.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding with this problem.
