I signed up for MyPublisher and created a book which turned out great. When I signed up they sent me a coupon for a 2 for 1 'classic' book.....when I tried to use the coupon today ... it said I could not use it.
Anybody else have this issue?
Added note: I contacted Customer Service via email and got an almost immediate repsonse .... stating that these sorts of 2 for 1 coupons are normally good for 'new customer's only'...... since I'd already ordered my first book I guess that makes me a 'returning customer' not a new one (even though I only ordered by first book a couple of weeks ago ...and it was not the type of book eligble for the 2 for 1 coupon).
In any case, they gave me another special discount coupon number promptly (within minutes) and it worked as expected. I wish EVERY company doing business on the internet was as responsive as these folks!!! It can't get better than this.
