Hi,

I am an apple user. I have uploaded the book twice. I have requested a password twice. The password sent does not work. I do not think I have created an acct. MP. All visa info was put in. Did not ever have problems with apple in the past. Please how do i proceed.

Are you using our BookMaker for Mac software or our iPhoto Plug-in? These two shopping carts require two separate accounts with different email addresses. If it is our other program from what you used last time, try creating a new account when you go to order to see if that works.

Having similar problem, but not using Apple. After going to the mypublisher website, to the Bookstore and then entering the Book ID (is it the same as the Confirmation Number send by e-mai?). After entering the Book ID, I try my password, but it says it is incorrect. (I even changed the password, but no luck.) What am I doing wrong? I have no problem sharing the book, but I have to go through all of the book ID and to the password page to do so. Is there an easier way to get to the Share your Book option? Maybe I am missing it on the main page?

Each book in the BookStore is assigned an individual Book ID and a unique password. These are included in the BookStore email sent to you after your order is shipped and posted within our BookStore. The unique password assigned for your book is different than the one you use to sign into your account. Please refer to your BookStore email for the correct password. If you can't locate that email, contact customerservice@mypublisher.com and one of our reps will provide you with your unique password.
