View Full Version : Auto upgrade to 3.0.2 not 3.2

When I ran my V2.2 Bookmaker, it automatically upgraded me, but only to version 3.0.2. Is there any reason it didn't upgrade me to 3.2? I have since downloaded 3.2 and installed it, will that cause any problems?

Thanks,

Al

Hello Al,

Thank you for your business with MyPublisher, and I'm sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with our mandatory upgrade! I believe we can help you solve this problem.

As an alternative, you can download the most recent MyPublisher software installer file directly from our website. This will circumvent the forced upgrade, and any of the problems which might've resulted from it.

Here's how:

Don't 'Uninstall' or 'Remove' BookMaker, just follow the link below to download and reinstall the software over your existing copy. And don't worry; this won't affect any of your saved books.

http://www.mypublisher.com/newGetStarted.php

Click 'Download Now!' and then 'Save.' Point the download to your desktop or downloads folder. Once the download completes, double click on the installer file, named bmsetup-USD-en-US. Select 'Run' from the dialog box that follows and accept the license agreement.

Once the installation is finished, delete the installer file (bmsetup-USD-en-US) to avoid confusing it with the MyPublisher icon. Then, you should be able to launch the most current release of the MyPublisher software without incident.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
