It appears MyPublisher is having some severe server problems.

Currently I am trying to access a previously created book to share with friends. The email sent with the link loads the graphic extremely slowly - I'd say it takes about 2 minutes at 6mb/sec. When I click on the link, I get the infinite "Please be patient while your book loads" followed by a disconnect from my internet connection. I use a wireless network and the wireless network connection resets, causing the book never to load.

When I uploaded this book a couple of weeks ago, I experienced the same problem multiple times while trying to upload. After about the fourth or fifth attempt I had a successful upload. At that time I exported and deleted all other book files.

It's really a shame as the books are quite nice, but the technical problems may kill the service.

I have two more booklets to upload and purchase 30 copies each of, but I may have to move over to one of the other services if this keeps up.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing a connection issue. Please contact customerservice@mypublisher.com right away and we will be able to walk through your Internet settings with you to ensure they are optimized for our upload process. Firewalls must be disabled and cookies must be enabled for uploads to be successful.
Also, do you have the latest version of our software? If not, please re-download from our website at http://www.mypublisher.com/newGetStarted.php. so as not to experience the upload timing out.

Would this also cause me not to be able to open a book for preview from the link sent to me (see original posting)? Also, I sent myself a "share" email and it was never received. Same problem?

I find it a bit disturbing that someone would bring on line a service that requires disabling of firewalls to use. Is this being corrected or is it time to move on to other services?

I have checked my software and show 2.0.5.1603 [ET[1]] which it says is current. I'll try reinstalling the software to see if that makes any difference.

The share issue would be separate. Some email servers see our our emails as spam and block them. Please check your junk mail folder to see if it may have been rerouted to there. Also, adding us to your safe senders list may help correct his problem.

I extracted & removed the last book I did.

I removed the application and installed new. This was version 2.0.5.1674.

The link from the MyPublisher e-mail (t view the sharable version) still causes a loss of internet connection, but when I enter book id and password through the web page, it loaded properly.

I'll be trying to upload a book in a few days & we'll see how it goes.

I check my spam folder routinely throughout the day. Didn't show up there, either. I believe I have you set up in Yahoo and Outlook as I don't normally experience filters from your emails. What return address would the sharing notice carry (the one I initiated, not the one you atomatically send)?
